PRODUCTION: Sugar Craft is a home-based business where decorations are made in a sanitary and smoke-free environment.
These decorations are made from the sugar paste and fondant made by Wilton and by home recipe that includes powder sugar, glucose, tylose gum, and corn syrup. This makes them nut free, diary free and gluten free.
ALLERGENS: These items are nut-free but the environment they are produced in not. If you or one of your guests has a severe allergy please use your discretion, as these items are not 100% guaranteed to be allergen-free.
Decorations are made in mold or by hand and colored individually. This causes small variations in color (size) and may differ slightly from the picture.
ORDERS: Place your order at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance of your event day as decorations are made to order and require time to dry. On special orders regarding colors, I will create one decoration and send you a picture before fulfilling the order. All special orders need to be paid for in advance before work can be started.
SHIPPING: The flowers are packed very carefully as they are extremely delicate and fragile. Some damage or breakage is possible during shipping. Please order extra to ensure you have enough. When they arrive at your home, please handle very carefully always picking up a single flower by the base if at all possible and not by the petal, and if it's a spray of flowers always handle it by the stem while supporting the spray with the palm of the other hand.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no guarantees that damage won't occur with handmade flowers. For this reason, it is recommended to order extra. We are not liable for breakage or damage once the package leaves our premises. Edible flowers are non-returnable. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately so that I can address the issue at hand.
RETURNS: Decorations are non-returnable for health reasons. If you have a complain. Please email me at info@sugarcraft.shop.
ENJOYING OUR SUGAR DECORATIONS: Gum paste AND fondant flowers may contain non-edible materials such as wire, styrofoam cores, and floral tape. Therefore, the decorations should not be eaten. The wire allows you the flexibility of attaching multiple flowers and leaves together to better create a floral spray or is also helpful for easy positioning of the flower onto your cake. Although covered by floral tape, the wire can cause injury if not properly handled. Other decorations may have a core of styrofoam.

RECOMMENDATION: If the flower stems are to be inserted into a cake, the stems should first be inserted into plastic straws, which can then be inserted into the cake, thereby avoiding possible food contamination. Flowers should be removed from cake before serving out.
PLEASE NOTE: Precautions noted or recommended should be use if you or your guest (of any age) decides to consume the sugar decorations. These may be too hard for the teeth with risk if damage to the teeth or too small with choking risks for your guests to eat. The Sugar Craft decorations are intended for decorative purposes only, and not to be consumed.
