About Sugar Crafts

Sugar Craft is a way to share my passion for sugar decorations.

At 8 years old, I started baking and decorating under my aunt's (Titi Conchi) supervision.  However, it wasn't until I had the opportunity to study under the Mexican Master of Sugar Arts Marithe De Alvarado, that I understood the infinite possibilities that playing with royal icing, gum paste, and fondant bring,

Here, I use sugar paste or fondant to create decorations. Decorations can last a long time if kept in an airtight container away from heat, sun, moisture and not refrigerated or frozen.

The decorations are made from molds or by hand and colored individually. This causes small variations in color (size) and may differ slightly from the picture.
